VPS Order SOPs

To place a new order, go to Client Summary and select "Add a New Order." Choose the appropriate option as needed. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to the Order Details screen.

From here, you will need to go to the service details page created with the order. The service Details page is linked under the Item section by clicking on the VPS/Server text.

Now you will need to add all server details here for the client’s new Server

Hostname
Dedicated IP
Username
Password (Change to the correct Password)
Assigned IPs (Additional IPs)
Nameserver 1
Nameserver 2

Once added, go back to the previous order details page and accept the order.
